Usually, yes. Run it through the checker first and see what it says. If your site is on a platform we can work with, we add the assistant to it. If it's old or locked down, it's often quicker and cheaper to rebuild it, and the price is the same.
On Basic there's no AI: the assistant asks a fixed set of questions and passes the answers to you. On Advanced the AI only knows what you tell it about your business, never invents prices or dates, won't agree to bookings, and hands over to you when it isn't sure. You read and approve its brief before it goes live, and you can change it any time.
They go into your own Google account, in a spreadsheet and folder you own. We don't sell them or use them for anything else, and we can set the site to delete old enquiries after a period you choose.
Then start on Basic. The assistant still takes every enquiry and you ring people back when you're off the tools. You can move up to Advanced whenever the diary side would help.
After the first 12 months it's a month's notice. You keep your domain and all your lead data, and we hand everything over.
